All machines have been carefully designed and produced with the most up to date advances available in mechanical and electronic technology. The main frame of the machine is cast from Meehanite for long-term stability and rigidity under heavy cutting conditions. The column is internally ribbed for achieving excellent damping effects with an extra wide column base to maximize the cutting rigidity. The unique design of the T base construction ensures that the work table is always fully supported throughout its axis movement enhancing the machines accuracy and repeatability. All axis slideways deploy hardened and ground solid guideways with turcite B coating. This combination provides both high rigidity and smoothness in axial movements.
