Goodway GV Range Of Vertical Lathes
Introducing the GV series of high performance Vertical CNC Turning Centres. Designed for high speed machining, the GV series will provide turning and milling capacity not only for the dynamic demands of today’s market but onwards into the future.
Featuring super rigid X axis linear rails and Z axis hardened and ground boxway designs, the ultra performance level turning centres offer multi-tasking abilities.
Goodway ultra performance turning centres are designed to provide continuous production of precision parts as a result of rigorous testing and the inherent design of the thermally balanced Meehanite bed casting together with NSK precision P4 spindle bearings and ‘machine active’ sensitive slide lubrication system. Fanuc controls and Alpha i motors and drives are used throughout with the option of the conversational Manual Guide programming function. All axes motors have Absolute Encoders providing instantaneous axes position knowledge on power-up. Coolant tanks are separate to the machine casting to afford ease of fluid changing and cleaning.
