All axis incorporate the latest NR type linear motion guideways from THK, providing low friction, low noise and smooth traverse movements during high speed, prolonged machining operations.
Hardened and ground ball screws are precisely pre-tensioned at both ends, supported by angular contact thrust bearings with directly coupled high response AC Siemens drives, giving outstanding positioning and repeatability characteristics, exceeding ISO 10791-4
