The SINUMERIK 810D powerline is a compact digital CNC system. It is the ideal hardware platform for conventionally controlled turning machines with ManualTurn, universal turning machines with ShopTurn, vertical and universal milling machines with ShopMill.

Powerful software on a powerful platform. ShopMill is the new shopfloor-oriented user and programming interface for milling and drilling - based on our SINUMERIK 810D powerline and SINUMERIK 840D powerline, which have been tried and tested worldwide.

Three different program variants can be selected:
1) G-code programs of CAD/CAM systems.
2) G-code programs directly at the machine.
3) ShopMill workstep programming.

Workstep and G-code programs are designed for 2-D to 2.5-D machining. For 3-D machining, the G-code programs of CAD/CAM systems must be used.

ShopTurn
Practical software on the latest SINUMERIK platform. ShopTurn is the latest remedy for increased productivity in your workshop. A shopfloor-oriented operating software for turning and milling that will lay the foundation for your future success.

ShopTurn provides an easy introduction to CNC technology with simultaneous complete CNC availability and is based on the SINUMERIK 810D powerline and SINUMERIK 840D powerline controls.

Easy programming steps in a practical dialog - without DIN. ShopTurn encompasses the complete know-how of experienced operators. It can therefore be used by anyone without excessive programming work and without the need for in-depth CNC know how.

All programming functions are graphically supported and positioning commands are entered in alphanumeric text. You program your workpiece easily step-by-step and simultaneously check the input on screen.
