All machines have been carefully designed and produced with the most up to date advances available in mechanical and electronic technology. The main frame of the machine is cast from Meehanite for long-term stability and rigidity under heavy cutting conditions. The column is internally ribbed for achieving an excellent damping effect with an extra wide column base to maximize the cutting rigidity.

All axis run on conventional solid hardened and ground guide ways which offer greater load bearing properties together with better ability to absorb any vibrations produced by high metal removal machining. Hardened and ground ball screws are precisely pre-tensioned at both ends, supported by angular contact thrust bearings with directly coupled high response Siemens drives, giving outstanding positioning and repeatability characteristics, exceeding ISO 10791-4
