The main frame of the machine is cast from Meehanite for long-term stability, rigidity under heavy cutting conditions. The column is internally ribbed for achieving an excellent damping effect with an extra wide column base to maximize the cutting rigidity.The unique T base construction ensures the work table is fully supported throughout its axis movement.

All axis incorporate integrated box ways and Turcite-B coating, loading is equally balanced on the slide ways for heavy loads and smooth movement.
Hardened and ground ball screws are precisely pre-tensioned at both ends, supported by angular contact thrust bearings with directly coupled high response AC Siemens drives, giving outstanding positioning and repeatability characteristics, exceeding ISO 10791- 4
