All machines have been carefully designed and produced with the most up to date advances available in mechanical and electronic technology. The main frame of the machine is cast from Meehanite for long-term stability and rigidity under heavy cutting conditions. The column is internally ribbed for achieving an excellent damping effect with an extra wide column base to maximize the cutting rigidity.

The X, Y and Z axis incorporate ultra heavy load IKO roller linear motion guideways, This provides both high rigidity and smoothness in axial movements.

Hardened and ground ball screws are precisely pre-tensioned at both ends, supported by angular contact thrust bearings with directly coupled high response Siemens drives, giving outstanding positioning and repeatability characteristics, exceeding ISO 10791- 4

The WV range of machines with the uniquely designed IDD spindle directly coupled to the motor reduces thermal distortion and increases spindle life.
