Introducing the new NSV series ultra fast vertical machining centre for high speed machining needs. The NSV 66A’s fast 12,000 rpm IDD spindle design with ceramic angular contact bearings provides superb axial and radial cutting rigidity offering 1G axial acceleration with rapid traverse rates of 50 metres / min in X, Y and 48 metres / min in Z. Combined with roller type linear guides and heavy frame, the NSV series is ideal for applications that require high chip removal rate.

Advanced design with reinforced body structure through FEM analysis, the NSV offers superb cutting performance and reduced vibration to meet the highest machining demand.
